Stunning views from the harbor view room with great amenities. Casino was a fun experience. Dining options were limited and mostly pricey. Expect a bit of a trek to downtown; shuttle service is decent but runs infrequently. Free parking is a major plus.

Super clean, comfy rooms with awesome views. The staff was super nice, especially bell service. The rare steakhouse and on-site Dunkin’ were great too. Just watch out for the mini bar’s sneaky charges! Tried to surprise my partner with chocolate strawberries, but they never showed up, which bummed me out. Still had a good time tho!

Super clean with stunning harbor view. Voice control with Alexa in the room is a nice touch. Casino atmosphere was lively and fun. Some dining options were limited and pricey. Valet parking was confusing at times.

The hotel is excellently placed just a short distance from vibrant attractions like Bunker Hill and the USS Constitution Museum, and with a handy shuttle service to downtown Boston, exploring the city is a breeze; I particularly enjoyed the peaceful stroll along the shoreline of the Mystic River and the nearby Sylvester Baxter Riverfront Park which offers a lovely escape into nature. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had amazing views, creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. However, the lack of a dedicated breakfast lounge could be improved.

Spacious rooms and great views; limited seating areas and no tea in rooms.

Classy hotel with serious potential. The decor is stunning, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Spacious rooms, luxurious bathrooms. Soft towels, comfy beds with a beautiful water view. Service generally shines, from valet to housekeeping. Tech features add convenience. the lack of cozy seating in public areas is surprising. No quiet spots for relaxation or conversation. Some staff interactions were frustrating, especially regarding a serious mishap. A free shuttle service is a nice touch. Still, tea options in rooms would elevate the experience. This property excels in luxury but could enhance guest comfort with thoughtful adjustments. A beautiful getaway marred slightly by avoidable missteps.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering the largest accommodations I've experienced in the greater Boston area. The bathtub was a luxurious touch, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Plus, the blackout curtains worked wonders in ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The bed provided a wonderful night's sleep, cradling me perfectly. Temperature control through the iPad was seamless, allowing for an ideal atmosphere. I appreciated the TV in the bathroom—an upscale touch. While the ambiance had a vibrant Vegas vibe, some room service options were limited. The noise level was minimal, ensuring a restful stay. I wished for better complimentary Wi-Fi. Staff interactions varied; some were welcoming, while others could have been more attentive to guests enjoying their time. The overall luxury feel was certainly present throughout the accommodations.

First off, the room itself was absolutely gorgeous. I was blown away by how spacious and beautiful it was. The automatic lights and curtains opening when I entered were a nice touch, and the view from the room was breathtaking. I also loved the bathroom , it was just so luxurious and well, designed. there were some downsides too. The extra fees for things like storing food were really high, and the prices for snacks in the mini bar were borderline outrageous. I mean, $30 for a bag of chips? Ouch. And speaking of costs, the tightness of the slot machines was a major bummer. Spending hundreds and only getting back $40 at most is definitely not the kind of luck I was hoping for. On the upside, the staff at the front door and casino were fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful, which was a nice contrast to the not, so, great experience I had trying to find my way around the huge hotel and getting lost a few times. Some of the hotel staff weren't very helpful when I asked for directions, and the location near a factory didn't feel very appealing. the valet parking was a hassle, but I'd definitely take advantage of the free valet next time to avoid the headache. Oh, and I loved that there was a Shake Shack restaurant on the property , best cheeseburger I've ever had! One major disappointment was the lack of an electrical kettle in the room. We love having tea at night, and it was a real inconvenience to not have access to one for the first few days of our stay. We ended up having to order one from Amazon and have it delivered to a relative's house just so we could enjoy our nightly tea for the rest of the trip. the Encore is a stunning place with some standout features, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement. Hopefully, these details help you decide if it's the right fit for your next trip!

After trying the fancy vegan apple cake and enjoying the views, I felt like a pampered celeb in my high-tech room. The plush beds were heaven, and the free city shuttle was a bonus.
Oh, how delightful it was to find out there was a surprise $25 sanitizer fee and no bathroom door locks. Such a charming touch!

The dining options really wowed me except for the last dinner fiasco. The free boat service to the city is a fantastic perk and the amenities are pretty sweet too.
The location is a tad far from the action.

A luxurious hotel with an inviting ambience, the staff stood out, especially Cameron and Autumn, who smoothly handled our check-in hiccup. Rooms were heavenly; we loved the Alexa integration and the breathtaking harbor views. The shuttle service to downtown was convenient, and the water taxi ride offered spectacular sights. the industrial surroundings dulled the view from the top floors, and some dining options felt overly pricey. While security was tight at the casino, it made the atmosphere a bit uneasy. A memorable stay, but the dining costs left me wanting more affordable options.

We arrived to find only one room booked, despite paying for two. The front desk staff was unhelpful, insisting we had to pay again. I felt cheated.

The hotel is just a short taxi ride away from popular spots like Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall which makes exploring the city super easy and enjoyable, plus you can grab a water taxi right from the hotel for a cool harbor ride, and it's also within walking distance of amazing sites like Fenway Park and Bunker Hill Monument which are less than 6 km away, giving you all the opportunity to soak in the local culture and history during your stay; the spacious rooms and friendly staff ensure a comfortable experience but it was a bit confusing getting to some attractions without a car.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth it.

Walking through the expansive event lawn and shoreline paths at the gaming venue felt like a true escape. The upscale casino exuded grandeur by the Mystic riverfront, offering a wide range of gaming options for enthusiasts of all kinds, making every moment unforgettable.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities on site.

the room was huge and had the best technology with Alexa controlling everything. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and they even upgraded our room for my birthday. the bathroom was spacious and perfect for two people to get ready without any hassle. the hotel grounds were stunning, offering beautiful views of the Boston Harbor and skyline. the available water and car taxis made it convenient to explore the city, and the variety of restaurants and shops on-site added to the overall experience. I cannot wait to return!
Nothing bad to say! 😊

The staff at the front desk, especially Autumn, were extremely helpful and accommodating. They offered water for our room and assisted with a package I had mailed myself. Autumn even helped us reduce our resort fees since we were staying for seven days. The doorman were polite and provided helpful directions. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning lobby and lovely garden and carousel. The 24-hour drug store was a convenient touch. Housekeeping was friendly and responsive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bellman gave us a thorough room tutorial, and the tablet provided made it easy to control everything from the curtains to the lights. Security checked room keys before entering the elevator. The showers had excellent water pressure and heated up quickly. The casino floor was vibrant and colorful, with a fabulous bar and dining areas. The staff was top-notch and deserving of a high Forbes rating.
The only complaint we had was regarding the expensive restaurants in the hotel. We were disappointed that we couldn't keep our leftovers cold without paying a ridiculous fee of $25 for a mini-fridge.

the place is very clean and the location is great! it's only an 8 minute drive to quincy market and they have a water shuttle to downtown boston. we stayed in a harbor view room that was absolutely beautiful and well worth it. everything in the room is controlled by alexa - which is so cool.

My stay at a hotel with plush beds and spa-like bathrooms was delightful. The harborview room was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Alexa controls in the room were amazing, and the bathroom was stunning with 2 sinks and a huge shower.
